Please read carefully:
If we did
not make a mistake in fulfilling your order then you are responsible for
shipping back to us and we will refund your account less the actual cost of
shipping. If you received an
incorrect or defective item, we will pay for shipping both ways.
Returns and exchanges are
within 20 days (from date of arrival) and are subject to a restocking fee of 10% on returned items. (does not apply to exchanged items).
Initial Shipping cost is not refundable.
No returns or exchanges on following products:
Custom size slip covers
Items that are marked as "Non Returnable" Fabric Swatches
All returned items must be in original factory condition and packaging.
Note:
We will not accept worn, misused, stained, soiled or laundered items for return
or exchange.
Return and Exchange Instructions:
Ship all returned items back to the address on a box.
Please include copy of original sales slip and state reason for return or
exchange.
Credit is posted to your credit card account within 15 days after we receive
your return.
Customer is responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise without
first contacting us or you will void any and all return rights. We will guide
you through the return process either on the phone or via email. Contact us

make arrangements for any returns and exchanges.
